Registration for the 2022-2023 Ice Hockey Season will open soon.

Details for the 2022-2023 season will be updated on this page.

The HVCA Outdoor Hockey Program typically starts the first weekend of December and ends the last weekend of February (weather dependent).

  • HVCA Outdoor Hockey will not usually be cancelled due to weather ahead of time. The HVCA Hockey Coordinator or designated HVCA representatives will be available at the Hidden Hut to determine whether ice conditions are favourable/safe to play.
  • Hockey is organized and provided by volunteers from the Hidden Valley Community Association but is parent coached. For 2022-2023, a program fee of $50 per registering member household is required in lieu of volunteering.
  • All practices and games are played at the Hidden Hut Outdoor Rink at #10504 Hidden Valley Drive.
  • Parking is available for both ice surfaces in the parking lot, south of the Hidden Hut.
  • Open to youth of any gender between the ages of 6 to 16.

Come out, learn some skills, and have some fun playing the greatest sport on earth!

Registration in the Hockey program requires youth to be part of a household with an active HVCA membership.  The online registration form will only permit member households to complete the sign-up.  As part of that process, compliance with the Code of Conduct and the Hockey Program Liability Waiver is required.
