COMMUNITY YOUTH BASEBALL

The HVCA is presenting Baseball in the community for youth aged 6 to 12 years old on Monday evenings! Registration opens Monday April 14th at a cost of $25 per youth in a household with an active HVCA Membership. Guardians will also be required to have read the HVCA Sports Code of Conduct and to sign the 2025 Youth Outdoor Baseball Program Waiver.

Registration opens Monday, April 14th at 08:00 AM MDT from the Events Page.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • A Hidden Valley Community Association Membership must be purchased prior to Registering in a Sports Program.
  • All Communities are welcome to purchase a Membership and Register for our Sports Programs.
  • Register early to request a friend and play on the same team!

  • All Hidden Valley Community Association Sports Programs are run completely by volunteers. To Register for some Programs, one parent or legal guardian must choose a volunteer position from a list of choices. Choices are available on a first come, first serve basis. You may opt out of volunteering by choosing to pay a volunteer fee.

NOTE: If you did choose a volunteer position and did not end up volunteering for that position $100.00 will be charged to
your account.

REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS

  • If a Sports Program is canceled, you will be notified in advance and your Registration Fee will be returned.

  • All membership fees are non-refundable.
