HVCA Members – Special General Meeting – Proposed Bylaws Changes
As part of your Board’s ongoing commitment to improve how we deliver on our commitments to you, from time to time, we review the Bylaws of the Association.
The Board is proposing changes to the Bylaws that will affect the Association’s Fiscal Year, Annual General Meeting, and requirements for a number of Board Meetings to be held in-person – acknowledging and incorporating changes to voting processes to make use of meetings conducted over the internet.
The Financial Results for the past Fiscal Year (through March 31, 2025) are available on the HVCA website to Members, along with the current Bylaws. The Financial Results and proposed Bylaw changes will be sent by email to all current HVCA Members, and have been made available through the community’s Facebook page.
